Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings 5:30am-6:30am.
Due to us wanting to get the best results in each allocated 4 week time slot, we limit numbers of participants. With this in mind and high interest in our boot camps, unfortunately you have to wait until the start of the next boot camp.

Each Boot camp lasts 4 weeks, Boot camp will challenge you to get the best results possible in that 4 week period. Each participant works to their own individual ability with extra motivation to push yourself that little bit harder from myself.
Yes boot camp at The PT Factory will increase your stamina, cardiovascular output, plus teach you the correct weight training techniques. The boot camps will push you get the best out of your 60 mins 3x a week therefore you will see results.
We also have a WhatsApp group that we add everyone into to share nutritional ideas and help with motivation.
£150 per person every 4 weeks (not monthly) if you are a member of The PT Factory.
For non members it is £175.
