What is bodyweight training?

Bodyweight training is a highly effective methodology which doesn’t rely on equipment to tone and strengthen muscles all over the body. In bodyweight training we use your body as a tool, providing weight and resistance to build new muscle through a variety of targeted techniques.

You might have inadvertently tried bodyweight training before – as it’s often incorporated as part of general fitness regimes. Some popular exercises include squats, press ups and push ups, lunges and tricep dips.

Really friendly atmosphere, not like the big commercial gyms at all. Everyone wants you to succeed, whatever your goals are.
