I’ve always been into keeping myself fit and healthy and consider myself to be an active individual, having swam competitively for over 8 years and attending dance classes since I was 6 years old. At 14, I started going to the gym and began to gradually take it more seriously. By the time I was 18 I was training regularly and realised that I’d found my true love in life. My passion for training increased and since then I haven’t looked back. I love how training made me feel, not just physically but mentally.

It was the passion that I found in training that spurred me on to completely change my degree in 2019. After a year of studying, I changed my subject field to Sport and Exercise Science, whilst also completing my Level 2 Fitness Instructing and Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coaching qualifications in my 2nd and 3rd year of university.
After seeing my own personal progress and realising that you don’t get anywhere in life without taking chances and stepping outside of your comfort zone, I made the decision to start my Personal Training career here at The PT Factory.
I love the fact that I can share my love of all things health and fitness with others and make a positive change to someone else’s life by helping them achieve their own individual goals.
I believe that the correct balance between nutrition and exercise is key to achieving great sustainable results. There is no better reward than seeing others succeed and progress, and with a combination of hard work and a bit of discipline, anyone can achieve anything they set out to do!
In your 30 minute consultation, we can discuss your goals, experience and preferred training schedule. This also gives you a chance to ask any questions that you have before going forward.
