Your training will take place in our private personal training gym in Manchester, usually 2-3 times per week at a time that suits you. The gym is located in Denton off the M60, making it ideal for those of you making quick trips from Stockport, Cheshire, Oldham, East Manchester, Tameside, Ashton under Lyne, Stalybridge, Manchester City Centre and other surrounding areas.
The gym is fully equipped with a wide range of equipment, allowing you to cover all forms of exercise, and as it’s private to our personal training clients, it eliminates any personal discomforts that are common when exercising in public gyms.
You are a unique individual. That means your nutritional requirements are also unique, which is why, unlike other personal trainers in Manchester, we design your diet guidelines around you. Your nutrition plan will cover information regarding your daily protein, carbohydrate and fat intake, as well as hydration goals and some helpful tips to encourage small, simple and beneficial changes.

At Ollie Lawrence Personal Trainer, we have 2 different Personal Training Packages available to suit different budgets. Each Personal Training Package includes an initial consultation, where we get to know you and understand what your goals are. This enables us to design a fitness and nutrition plan bespoke to yourself, so when you’re not working hard in the gym, you still know what you need to do and eat to achieve your goals.
Due to our high demand from clients for our services, all personal training is available by block booking only.
8 sessions are £290 (£36.25 per session and 2 a week)
12 sessions are £390 (£32.50 per session and 3 a week)
*please note whilst many of our current clients train 3 times a week, we ask all clients to undertake a minimum of 2 training sessions per week.
