But while most Manchester-based personal trainers work with clients in public gyms, at The PT Factory we exclusively offer affordable one to one training sessions at our private facility. Typically we see clients 2-3 times per week, combining targeted training techniques with a specifically designed nutrition plan. This simple but highly effective combination of exercise and diet is a proven formula for success. We recognise that no two clients are the same – so why should our approach to training be ‘one size fits all’?

Usually personal trainers and fitness instructors hand out basic nutrition guidelines to all their clients and give them all the same spiel about what they should eat and what to avoid. All our nutrition plans are individually written, using the latest research to guide our approach. All clients receive plans and programmes that include food and drink recommendations with helpful tips to make simple changes that will improve the way you look and feel.
