Milly-Rose Stirrup passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly in February 2023, at the age of just 6 and a half years old. Milly was a beautiful, brave and incredibly loving little girl. She had already shown a strong desire to help others, having completed charity work of her own for causes close to her heart. She was also a keen fitness enthusiast and loved physical activity.

In June 2023 to carry on the legacy of Milly-Rose the Milly-Rose Stirrup Foundation (Charity number 1203667) was set up by her parents (Pip and Shaun).

In honour of Milly’s name, their aim is to use their daughter’s memory, to contribute towards relieving the distress of parents and families who have suffered this immeasurable loss. During those first few hours, and days after Milly passed away, Pip and Shaun became aware of how small changes can make a big difference, and that things needed to change.

Whilst nothing will ever take the pain away of losing Milly-Rose, Pip and Shaun hope they can help hold families in their time of need, with the provision of a more personalised approach to the care of their little one, by providing items for bereavement rooms, clothing for the child, cuddle blankets, and other support they identify along the way. Obviously making these changes requires funding.

Pippa and Shaun are both gym members of The PT Factory. We at The PT Factory look after our members better than anyone else, therefore Ollie Lawrence (the owner of The PT Factory) wanted to help.

Ollie has decided that in order to help raise money for the Milly- Rose Foundation, he is donating 8 Personal Training Sessions, these will be up for grabs in a way of a raffle. Each ticket is PRICED AT £5, you can buy as many tickets as you want to increase your chances of winning the 8 training sessions with Ollie.

This raffle prize is priced at £360, all ticket sales will go directly to the Milly- Rose Foundation, so please dig deep and help us all to do our part in improving other people’s experiences of living through such a heartbreaking experience.
