4 months ago I tore a ligament in my ankle playing netball (not a pretty pic). I was on crutches for a week, couldn’t drive a manual car for 6 weeks and lived in flip flops as shoes were impossible.
Chelsea assessed my injury once the swelling went down and gave me some exercises to do at home combined with regular 121 sessions.
4 months later, with Chelsea’s expertise and guidance she gave me the confidence to try my first netball training session.
Thank you Chelsea for being absolutely amazing at what you do and helping me get back on court and in the gym. I can’t recommend Chelsea highly enough!!
