I had always struggled with the discipline of regularly attending a gym and found I was paying out for membership but not really seeing any benefit. Whilst he pushes you to achieve results, you are not getting barked at or pushed so hard that you don’t want to return! Andy enabled me to focus on problem areas so I could see quick results. The advice on nutrition is a real bonus and his methods really work.
